Ricky Casino Terms and Conditions
These terms cover your use of Ricky and any play you do here. The brand is run by Dama N.V. under a Curacao license, and it has been online since 2021. Open an account or place a wager and you agree to everything below. Read it. If something here doesn't sit right with you, don't register.
Who Can Open an Account
You must be at least 18. That's a hard line, not a suggestion. If the law where you live sets a higher age for online gambling, the higher age wins.
One person, one account. Sign up and you agree to give real details: your legal name, your date of birth, a working email, an address you actually live at. Bad or borrowed information can cost you a withdrawal down the road, so get it right the first time.
Play is only allowed from places where online gambling is legal for you. Some countries and regions are blocked, and it falls on you to know your own local rules before you deposit. Anything done on your login counts as your activity, so keep your password to yourself and don't let anyone else near the wallet.
One Account Per Person
We watch for duplicates. Two or more accounts sharing a household, an IP address, a device, or a payment method? That's a flag.
The reason is simple. People try to claim the same welcome offer twice, or stack a no-deposit deal across several logins, and that wrecks the math for everyone. Open a second account to grab another bonus and you're looking at voided winnings from that bonus, the bonus money pulled back, and in plenty of cases the extra accounts closed for good.
Serious or repeated abuse can freeze every linked account while we sort it out. Honest mistakes happen. If you genuinely registered twice by accident, message support and we'll merge or close the spare before it turns into a headache.
Identity Checks (KYC)
Before your first cashout you go through verification. This is standard for licensed operators, and it protects your money as much as ours.
We may ask for a government photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement for proof of address, and a look at the payment instrument you used to deposit. Funded with a card? Expect to confirm it's yours.
While checks run, your account can be paused. Most submissions clear inside a day, but a blurry photo or a name that doesn't match slows everything down, so send clean files. Withdrawals don't get released until the checks are done.
Owning the Payment You Use
The card, e-wallet, or crypto address you deposit with has to be in your own name, and your payout goes back to a method you own too. No depositing on a friend's card. No sending winnings to someone else.
If the name on a deposit doesn't match the name on the account, the transaction gets reviewed and may be reversed. Some deposit options also can't receive money back, Paysafecard and a few prepaid routes among them. When that's the case, the cashier pays you out to another verified method you control.
Bonus and Wagering Conditions
Bonuses are optional, and they come with rules. The welcome package and the recurring offers carry 50x wagering, figured on the bonus amount unless the specific promo says otherwise.
While any bonus is live, your maximum bet is $5 per spin or hand. Go over that and we can void the bonus and anything won from it, so keep your stakes small until the playthrough is cleared. Each offer has an expiry window. Free spins and bonus funds that aren't used or wagered in time simply drop off your balance.
One more thing worth knowing. Ask for a withdrawal while a bonus is still in play and you can forfeit that bonus and its winnings. Finish the wagering first, then cash out clean.
How Games Count
Not every game chips away at wagering the same way. Slots usually count 100%, so a $1 bet on a slot moves you a full $1 toward the requirement.
Table games and live dealer rounds count little or nothing. Blackjack, roulette, baccarat and the live tables either contribute a small slice or zero, which means you can't lean on low-edge games to clear a bonus in a hurry. A handful of high-RTP and jackpot titles are restricted while a bonus runs; the offer terms list anything excluded. When in doubt, stick to standard slots for playthrough and save the table games for cash play.
Dormant Accounts and Closing Up
An account with no login and no real activity for a long stretch counts as dormant, and we may apply a small administrative fee once that period passes. Logging in now and then keeps it active.
You can close your account whenever you want. Ask support, or use the controls in your account area. Got a real-money balance when you close? We'll help you withdraw it first, subject to verification and the usual limits. Closing the account doesn't erase records we're required to keep.
Disputes and Support
If something goes sideways, talk to us before anything else. Live chat runs 24/7 and email is open around the clock, and most issues get sorted right there.
Bring details when you do: dates, amounts, screenshots, the game in question. We keep logs of bets, transactions and bonus claims, and those records are what settle a dispute. Give support a fair window to dig in, usually a few business days for anything complex. Anything still open falls under the Curacao licensing framework that governs the operator.
Gambling is meant to be entertainment, not a way to make money. You can set deposit, session and loss limits, take a time-out, or self-exclude from your account area at any time. If play stops feeling fun, free and confidential help is available from the National Council on Problem Gambling and at 1-800-GAMBLER. Strictly 18+.
